Physiotherapist
Vasish graduated with Honours from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and is currently completing his Masters of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University.
Vasish has a strong passion for assessing and treating sporting and musculoskeletal injuries, which stems from his own experiences playing high-level cricket and football.
Vasish is currently Head Physio at VFL club Frankston FC. He also is head of medical services at Premier Division EFNL club Blackburn and has treated NPL Soccer athletes, Box Hill Rugby Union FC (Dewar Shield) and Victorian Premier Cricketers.
Due to the wide variety of sporting athletes Vasish has looked after, he has a proficient background in treating lower limb injuries which include Hip, Knee, Ankle, Soft tissue, and Upper limb injuries (especially post operative shoulder injuries). Vasish has further training in strength and conditioning which allows him to provide optimal individualised rehab to not only return you back to play but return you to improved performance.
Vasish has experience working with older clientele, with further training in the GLA:D Osteoarthritis program for knee and hip pathology pre or post procedure.
Vasish has also undertaken further certification in post concussion Rehabilitation. This enables better management of the visual, cervical and vestibular symptoms.
