Cat is an experienced sports physiotherapist dedicated to delivering exceptional care in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. With extensive training in Clinical
Pilates, she integrates movement-based therapy to complement her physiotherapy skills and support holistic recovery.
Driven by a genuine passion for sports rehabilitation, Cat is committed to helping clients move better, recover faster, and reach their full potential. Through a combination of clinical insight and advanced education, she delivers evidence-based, high-quality care that connects injury to function—optimising both recovery and performance.
In addition to her work at Sportsmed Biologic, Cat is deeply involved in the gymnastics community. She is the founder of CK Sports Physio based at BTYC Gymnastics, where she delivers specialised physiotherapy services tailored to gymnasts. Cat also provides physiotherapy support at state, national, and international competitions, touring with Gymnastics Australia as part of their medical team. To compliment her love for gym sports, Cat also works with circus athletes at the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA).
Alongside her clinical work, Cat is a respected educator with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI), where she trains fellow health professionals in the application of Clinical Pilates in the rehabilitation setting.
